越山向海,盘兴铁路如何为贵州打开新大门?

盘兴高铁的通车,为贵州带来的变化远不止“更快”。这条仅 99 公里的铁路,让贵州第一次以真正的速度接近它的南方邻里,也让这片位于中国内陆的高原,与东盟之间的联系变得更现实、更具方向感。

The opening of the Panxing High-Speed Railway brings Guizhou far more than speed. This 99-kilometer line gives the province its first true acceleration toward its southern neighbors, making the connection between this inland highland region and ASEAN both more tangible and more directional.

兴义位于贵州、云南、广西三地交界,是贵州面向东盟最近的区域门户。随着盘兴高铁将贵阳至兴义的行程缩短至两小时左右,这座长期被群山环绕的城市第一次真正被推到贵州的“南向前沿”。从兴义继续向南,300 公里范围内便可抵达广西百色、南宁以及北部湾三大主要港口——这些港口是“陆海新通道”的关键节点,也是RCEP框架下中国—东盟贸易增长最活跃的区域之一。

Xingyi, located at the junction of Guizhou, Yunnan, and Guangxi, is Guizhou’s closest regional gateway toward ASEAN. With the Panxing line shortening the Guiyang–Xingyi journey to just about two hours, this mountain-surrounded city is, for the first time, positioned on Guizhou’s “southern front line.” Traveling about 300 kilometers further south leads to Baise, Nanning, and the major Beibu Gulf ports—critical nodes of the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor and among the most active hubs for China–ASEAN trade under the RCEP framework.

近年来,中国与东盟已连续多年互为最大贸易伙伴,贵州与东盟的互动也正一步步变得具体而可触。随着中老铁路通车、中泰铁路建设推进,以及泛亚铁路网络逐步成形,中国西南正在成为连接东南亚的重要陆上枢纽。而盘兴高铁让贵州有机会更快地进入这一枢纽体系,与昆明—老挝—泰国的国际铁路通道形成更顺畅的衔接,为贵州参与跨境文化交流、商贸往来和旅游合作提供了更加直接的路径。

In recent years, China and ASEAN have remained each other’s largest trading partners, and Guizhou’s engagement with ASEAN has also been growing in concrete and tangible ways. The launch of the China–Laos Railway, ongoing construction of the China–Thailand Railway, and the gradual formation of the Pan-Asia Railway Network are turning Southwest China into an increasingly important land gateway to Southeast Asia. The Panxing line allows Guizhou to access this emerging network more quickly, linking more smoothly with international rail corridors connecting Kunming, Laos, and Thailand. This provides Guizhou with more practical pathways for cross-border cultural exchange, commercial interaction, and tourism cooperation.

对贵州来说,这条高铁并不是“通向东盟的直接通道”,但它实现了关键一步——把贵州送到了能够接入国际交通网络的“门口”。向南可以通过北部湾港走向海上东盟;向西可以经昆明接入泛亚铁路;向东又能与粤港澳大湾区形成陆上联动。贵州第一次在交通结构中拥有了真正的“南向桥头堡”。

For Guizhou, this high-speed line is not a direct route to ASEAN, but it accomplishes a crucial first step—bringing the province to the “doorway” of the international transportation system. From here, Guizhou can reach maritime ASEAN via Beibu Gulf ports to the south; connect with the Pan-Asia Railway through Kunming to the west; and strengthen overland ties with the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area to the east. For the first time, Guizhou has a genuine southbound foothold within its transport structure.

兴义的区位价值也随之被重新激活。作为黔滇桂的交汇处,它本就处在澜湄合作圈层的自然延展线上,只是过去因交通瓶颈未能发挥潜力。盘兴高铁让这座城市从省内边缘走向区域节点,使其更容易参与跨境旅游线路、青年交流项目以及区域产业合作。随着交通条件改善,这些合作将更具可行性,也更容易形成持续的流动。

Xingyi’s strategic value is also being revitalized. As a natural convergence point of Guizhou, Yunnan, and Guangxi, it lies along the extended arc of Lancang–Mekong cooperation, though its potential was long constrained by limited access. The arrival of high-speed rail shifts Xingyi from a provincial edge to a regional connector, enabling it to participate more easily in cross-border tourism routes, youth exchanges, and industry cooperation. With improved connectivity, these interactions become more feasible and more likely to grow into sustained flows.

交通改变空间,也改变想象。盘兴高铁让贵州不再只面向内陆,而开始自然地向南延展。它不会一夜之间改变贵州的国际地位,却为贵州融入更大区域合作提供了扎实的基础和更明确的方向。从盘州到兴义,从兴义再向南抵达更广阔的区域,一个更具开放气质、更有方向感的贵州,正在这条铁路线的速度里逐渐成形。

Infrastructure reshapes geography, but it also reshapes imagination. The Panxing High-Speed Railway allows Guizhou to look beyond the inland interior and naturally extend toward the south. It will not transform Guizhou’s international role overnight, but it provides a solid foundation and a clearer direction for the province to engage with broader regional cooperation. From Panzhou to Xingyi, and from Xingyi further south into a wider circle of cities and ports, a more open and outward-looking Guizhou is emerging—carried forward by the speed of this new line.

这不是一句愿景,而是正在发生的现实。盘兴高铁打开的,是贵州通向东盟的新大门,也是未来更多合作与往来最有可能开始的地方。

This is not a distant aspiration, but a real pathway already unfolding. The Panxing High-Speed Railway opens Guizhou’s new door toward ASEAN—and is likely where many new exchanges and collaborations will begin.
