《贵阳时间》是一档介绍贵阳经济、文化、人文、旅游、城市建设等多方面成就，展现贵阳魅力的电视栏目。本栏目在贵阳市委宣传部的指导下，由贵阳广播电视台、贵阳市文化和旅游局与英国普罗派乐卫视共同主办。本期《贵阳时间》之【黔之灵韵 甲秀贵阳】系列片——爽·目（上）于2020年2月6日在英国普罗派乐卫视正式播出，当天23:00重播。节目通过天空卫视SKY185频道，面向全英1200多万家庭及欧洲45个国家播出。接下来，小编就带领大家看看今天的精彩内容吧！
从今天开始，我们将为大家呈现【黔之灵韵 甲秀贵阳】系列节目。“爽爽贵阳”到底爽在哪里？我们将从市中心黔灵山开始，用双目去体验贵阳那令人目酣神醉的自然之“爽”。
From today onwards,we will present you our series of programs The Soul of Guizhou,The Beauty of Guiyang. Guiyang is known as "Cool Guiyang " for its salubrious climate. How cool is it?We will start from the downtown Qianling mountain，to experience the "cool" of Guiyang with our eyes.
贵阳人的一天从黔灵山开始，在繁华热闹的市中心，享受静谧山野林间的乐趣，这里是贵阳人共同的秘密花园，这座被称为黔南第一山的山地公园，坐落在贵阳市中心地带，是一座面积426公顷的综合型城市公园，相当于三个半的香港迪士尼乐园。
A day for Guiyang people starts from the Qianling mountain.People enjoy the pleasure of quiet mountains.and wild forests in the bustling downtown.It is the common secret garden of Guiyang people.This mountainous park is known as “the first mountain in the south of Guizhou province”.It is located in the center of Guiyang and is a 426 hectares comprehensive urban park,which is equivalent to three and a half of Hong Kong Disneyland.
猕猴，是黔灵山的灵物，许多外来游客可能会惊叹于这样的场景：人们好奇地在路边看猴，而成群结队的猴子们也聚在路边看人。人猴相望，乐趣无穷。
Macaque is the spiritual animals of Qianling mountain.Many foreign visitors may be amazed at such a scene that people are curious to see the monkey in the roadside,and groups of monkeys also gather to see people in the roadside.People and monkey look at each other with a lot of fun.
依偎着黔灵山，贵阳城在夜幕中依然鲜活明媚。青山不语仍自在，微水无痕亦从容。贵阳独特的魅力像一幅画卷，正以自己的步调慢慢向世界展开。
Nestling on the Qianling Mountain,Guiyang City is still alive and bright at night.We can feel a kind of free breath of green mountains without words and the small water flow very leisurely.Guiyang's unique charm is like a scroll that is slowly unfolding to the world at its own pace.
贵阳这座森林覆盖率达到46.5%的城市，被誉为林城。全市8034平方公里的面积内，坐落着大大小小11个森林公园，这些森林公园像天然的绿色屏障，将天空与人心涤荡清洗。贵阳森林公园作为老牌的森林公园，森林覆盖面积高达90%以上，有“贵阳八景之一”的美誉，在这里，人们与生灵们都自在的享受同一片森林。
Guiyang ,a city with a forest coverage of 46.5%,is known as forest city.Within the city's area of 8034 square kilometers,there are 11 large and small forest parks located.These forest parks are like natural green barriers,sweeping the sky and cleaning the people’s hearts.As an old-style forest park,Guiyang Forest Park has a forest coverage area of more than 90%.It has the reputation of "one of the eight scenic spots in Guiyang."People and souls are free to enjoy the same forest in the park.Keteleeria fortunei is the most common tree.
长坡岭国家森林公园跨越白云、乌当两个郊区，如同绵延一千多公顷的松软棉被温柔地覆盖了贵阳市区的北面，将北方来的冷空气隔绝在外。这里有一种白垩纪时期留下来的古老遗植物——鹅掌楸，叶形如鹅掌，又像马褂。春天观花，秋日赏叶，很是美丽。
Changpoling National Forest Park spans the two suburbs of Baiyun and Wudang.It is like a soft cotton quilt covering more than 1000 hectares, covering the north of Guiyang city and isolating the cold air from the north.There is an ancient relic plant left over from the Cretaceous period——Liriodendron Chinense,whose leaves are shaped like goose feet and horse robes.It is beautiful to watch the flowers in spring and enjoy the leaves in autumn.
山，是贵阳的脊梁，贵阳山地面积4218平方公里，占全市整体面积的一半之多，可以说贵阳是山的城市，贵阳大山的包容，让人类与生物都能找到各自的栖息地。先民的智慧在山与谷之间激荡，人与自然的生存之道应运而生。
The mountain is the backbone of Guiyang.The mountain area of Guiyang is 4,218 square kilometers which accounts for more than half of the entire area of the city.It can be said that Guiyang is a mountain city.And the tolerance of the mountains in Guiyang allows humans and creatures to find their own habitats.The wisdom of the ancestors stirred between the mountains and the valley.The survival of man and nature came into being.
这里是位于贵阳市开阳县内的“喀斯特生态博物馆”，国家AAAA级旅游区南江大峡谷。清晨从高中俯瞰，氤氲的浓雾中，高原上突然出现一道天堑般的峡谷，这里就是南江大峡谷。峡谷全长四十多公里，最深处达398米。清冽的小南江像一把切蛋糕的琉璃刀，将古老的地层切开，形成了以溪水河流为分野的壮丽峡谷。
This is the "Karst Ecological Museum" located in Kaiyang County,Guiyang——the national 4A tourist area of the Nanjiang Grand Canyon.Overlooking from the sky in the morning,a natural gorge in the plateau suddenly appears in the thick fog.This is Nanjiang Grand Canyon.The length of the canyon is more than forty kilometers and the deepest point is 398 meters.The clear little Nanjiang river ,like a glass-cutting knife for cutting cakes,cut the ancient stratum and formed a magnificent canyon with streams and rivers as the dividing line.
