Guizhou Echo丨中促会举办社会组织国际传播能力建设培训班
4月8日至12日，为深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和中央外事工作会议精神，认真贯彻落实习近平总书记关于民间外交和国际传播的重要论述精神，提升社会组织国际传播能力和工作实效，中促会在贵州省贵阳市举办社会组织国际传播能力建设培训班，贵州省外办承办。60余家社会组织、媒体、智库、企业及地方外办代表约80人参加培训。中促会秘书处、外交部新闻司、贵州省外办负责同志出席开班式并致辞。
From April 8th to 12th, to thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and guiding principles of the Central Conference on Work Relating to Foreign Affairs, to faithfully implement the spirit of important instructions given by General Secretary Xi Jinping on people-to-people diplomacy and international communication and to improve the international communication capabilities and effectiveness of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), China NGO Network for International Exchanges (CNIE) hosted a workshop on enhancing the international communication capabilities of NGOs in Guiyang, Guizhou Province. The event was organized by the Foreign Affairs Office of Guizhou Province. About 80 participants from more than 60 NGOs, the media, think tanks, enterprises, and local foreign affairs offices attended the event. Representatives from the CNIE Secretariat, the Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, and the Foreign Affairs Office of Guizhou Province attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.
围绕服务中国特色大国外交、国际传播与国际话语权、跨文化传播与舆论应对策略、新媒体时代国际传播技巧等议题，培训班邀请了外交部新闻司参赞刘禹同、湖南省外办副主任戴志光、外交学院副院长孙吉胜、北京外国语大学国际新闻与传播学院院长姜飞、CGTN新媒体部主任张施磊、中国人民大学新闻学院教授钟新等专家学者进行专题授课。参训学员还赴国家大数据（贵州）综合实验区交流体验中心开展党建活动。
The workshop covered topics such as serving China’s major-country diplomacy with its own characteristics, international communication and voices on the international stage, cross-cultural communication and public opinion response strategies, and international communication skills in the era of new media. Special lectures were delivered by experts and scholars including Liu Yutong, counsellor of the Information Department of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, Dai Zhiguang, deputy director of the Office of Foreign Affairs Commission of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, Sun Jisheng, Vice President of China Foreign Affairs University, Jiang Fei, Dean of School of International Journalism and Communication at Beijing Foreign Studies University, Zhang Shilei, Director CGTN’s New Media Department, and Zhong Xin, Professor of School of Journalism and Communication at Renmin University of China. Participants also visited the National Big Data (Guizhou) Comprehensive Pilot Zone and took part in Party building activities.
