臭酸 Chou Suan
用荤菜在坛子里沤制的臭酸连靠近都需要勇气!

鱼包韭菜 Fish with chives
这是水族的名菜。
It is a famous dish of the Shui.
传说在远古时期,
According to an ancient legend,
水族人为了饱腹,采集了九种当地蔬菜,
the Shui people collected nine kinds of local vegetables,
将其和鱼虾合制成一种良方,它还有强身健体的效果。
and then combined them with fish and shrimp to make a prescription for survival and health.
但这份药方年久失传,
However, this prescription has been lost for a long time,
水族人民用韭菜代替九菜,
so the Shui people take chives to instead of those rare vegetables,
逐渐演变成了现在的鱼包韭菜。
and gradually create the current fish with chives.
族酿酒技 Rice wine of the Shui
水族米酒由120种天然植物、20多种民间糯稻为原料,辅用山泉酿造而成,
